Cross-cutting biases

The biases found in projects and in management alike.

Some biases do not choose their ground: they strike an estimate as well as a job interview, a design review as well as a negotiation. They are here: judging oneself and others, reasoning and information (how we weigh figures and arguments) and team, group and meetings (deciding together, under a hierarchy).

It is often the best way in: anchoring and confirmation bias underlie many others.
